We have tried to keep the pricing really simple but do appreciate that you might want some help to work out the costs for your organisation. If you have any questions please email or call us, we'll be really happy to have a conversation about your needs.
You purchase questionnaire units from us. Each completed exit interview questionnaire uses one unit, including report generation. (If you invite someone to complete a LastOpinion exit interview and they don’t do it, you don’t get charged).
Questionnaire Units are also not time limited and never expire - meaning purchasing higher volumes just makes every exit interview cheaper.
Simply enter the number of leavers you expect per year and click "Calculate". The default currency is British Pounds, you can change currency here.
You can trial the service free of charge for 30 days (completing up to 50 exit interview questionnaires – contact us if you need more).
As each exit questionnaire is completed you will have access to the leaver's individual exit interview report. At the end of the trial period we will send you a group based leavers analysis report (a report of all of the completed exit interviews aggregated into a single strategic overview). If you decide to use the service post-trial we provide a full set of group reports every year free of charge.
After the trial period has ended you can simply purchase questionnaire units to continue to use the service.
Your trial account will contain the standard versions of the LastOpinion questionnaire. Typically our clients use the standard questionnaire during the trial and then we will work with you to make required changes. These range from creating a totally bespoke questionnaire through to simple "tweaks" to our standard format (e.g. adding your organisational structure, job roles, job grades) and additional languages you may require.
There are also some free custom options available, e.g. collecting line manager feedback on leavers' performance and capability and helping you build an alumni database to retain contact with your talent (and most regretted leavers).
