Individual Executive Exit Insight Reports

For each in-scope leaver (e.g. C-Suite, exec minus one, critical or high-profile roles), you receive a clear, structured report including:

Individual Executive Exit Insight Reports

  1. Define scope & confidentiality
    Agree which roles are in scope (e.g. senior leaders, critical talent) and set clear rules on anonymity and who sees what.
  2. Invite senior leavers
    We provide simple template wording you can share with leavers, explaining the purpose, independence and confidentiality of the interview.
  3. One-to-one interviews
    Our consultant conducts a 60–90 minute structured conversation (online or by phone), exploring reasons for leaving, organisational experience, and forward-looking suggestions.
  4. Insight & reporting
    Within agreed timescales, you receive the individual Executive Exit Insight Report. At set points in the year, we produce your Senior Leaver Insight Review.
  5. Feedback & action
    We facilitate a focused session with HR and C-Suite to discuss the findings and agree actions.
